Aurora: A Life That Matters

Long time due art for Aesaii of their Silme (beautiful character).

This is something I definitely wouldn't have been able to do when we first met ;v; Perhaps one of the reasons it took such a long time was because I couldn't convey the words through an image at the time and restarted God knows how many. This coming year has been a rough and tough tumble, and perhaps one of the best ways to turn over is to beat harder at your craft than ever before and... well I just want you to know that for what it's worth, despite all your reasons for this commission, that I wanted to inspire a sort of "life" inside it still — that even with everything going on at the time, that the image you wanted was a beautiful "relive", "revive", "rebirth", perhaps even "struggling to die", through the stars and the reflections of you. I wanted to tell you that it was overcomeable. Because at your lowest, it was the things you created, you inspired, gave, that surrounded you, that would bring you back to life.
